

Internal Family Systems (IFS) starts from the idea that you have many "parts" inside - like the anxious part, the people-pleasing part, the angry part, or the shut-down part - and that all of them developed for a reason. In IFS work with me, you learn to get curious about these parts instead of fighting or shaming them.
Together, we gently explore how different parts try to protect you, even when their strategies are no longer helping. This can be especially powerful if you feel at war with yourself, stuck in cycles you cannot break, or pulled in opposite directions by competing needs.
IFS is particularly supportive for trauma, anxiety, relationship concerns, and long-standing self-criticism. Over time, you build a stronger, compassionate inner "Self" that can listen to each part, heal old wounds, and make choices that feel more aligned with who you want to be.
