Therapy Tailored To You

I don't believe therapy should follow a script. I draw from multiple evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, psychodynamic work, and mindfulness techniques because your needs should shape the therapy, not the other way around. Some clients benefit from structured tools right away. Others need space to explore deeper patterns first. I check in regularly to make sure the process feels manageable and adjust as we go.

How I View Healing

I believe healing happens in relationships built on trust, not in clinical settings where you're supposed to have everything figured out. Therapy should feel collaborative rather than intimidating. Meaningful change doesn't come from being fixed or told what to do. It comes from building insight, developing resilience, and learning that your feelings make sense. You're not broken. You're navigating being human, and my goal is to help you feel less alone in that work.

You Don't Have To Navigate This Alone

Life can throw challenges at you that feel impossible to manage on your own. Whether you're dealing with anxiety that won't quiet down, trauma you can't move past, or relationships that leave you feeling stuck, reaching out for support is a sign of strength. I work with clients navigating a range of concerns, including:

Depression
