

Individual therapy with me is a private, one-on-one space where you do not have to hold everything together or pretend you are fine. I support teens and adults across New Jersey who are navigating anxiety, stress, depression, relationship concerns, and big life transitions.
In our work, I pull from approaches like Motivational Interviewing to help you sort through mixed feelings about change, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) to challenge harsh or unhelpful thoughts, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to identify small, realistic next steps. I use a strength-based lens, meaning I pay close attention to what has helped you survive so far and how those abilities can support you now. When past experiences or trauma are part of the picture, I integrate trauma-focused strategies so you can address them safely and at your pace.
Together, we will build insight, practice healthier coping skills, and create meaningful shifts in how you feel, relate to others, and move through your life.
