

Standard EMDR treatment with me is designed for you if you feel stuck with trauma, persistent anxiety, or memories that will not loosen their grip, even after trying other types of therapy. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) uses bilateral stimulation - usually through eye movements, taps, or sounds - to help your brain reprocess distressing experiences in a safer, less overwhelming way.
I completed EMDR training through an EMDRIA-approved program and use this approach to support people dealing with PTSD, childhood or relationship trauma, panic, phobias, and deeply rooted negative beliefs like "I am not safe" or "I am not enough." Sessions are structured and collaborative: we start by building resources and grounding skills, then move into processing at a pace that feels manageable for you.
Over time, EMDR can reduce the emotional charge of painful memories, lessen triggers in daily life, and create more space for confidence, calm, and self-compassion.
